• Certain cancellations of Sale Deeds happened affecting E1-E5 South/North side and south of B1-B5.
• Action to be taken against UJWALLA FOUNDATIONS FOR ILLEGAL REGISTRATIONS

However, not full Justice received:

1) We want all New Registrations of Sale Deeds between 2019-2022 to be cancelled as they were done by Ujwalla/ Resident Mgrs without valid GPA/ approval from Past owners; and all the past owners get their cottages safely; and it be upon them to decide to keep or sell.

2) All Plots already constructed Compound Walls illegally without approvals from PUDA and changed the Structures of the Cottages: it be demolished as well as it is not as per the  PUDA Layout plan.

3) Dist Collector/ needs to take back the orders to demolish the Reception/ Meditation hall, as it is rightly made per the PUDA Approved Layout plan. All Original Ujwalla Amenities should be left alone as it is per the PUDA Approved plan.
