Kristi Noem, now Secretary of Homeland Security, has reportedly ordered federally funded airports to play a partisan political video blaming Democrats for the government shutdown.

Using taxpayer resources for political messaging may violate the Hatch Act and Anti-Lobbying Act.

At the same time, new reports confirm the Department of Homeland Security moved forward with the purchase of two luxury Gulfstream G700 jets costing over $170 million during the shutdown.

While federal workers and TSA staff went unpaid, DHS leaders secured elite executive aircraft.

This is abuse of power and misuse of taxpayer money.

We demand:

1.) All airports immediately stop showing political videos
2.) A full investigation into Kristi Noem’s potential Hatch Act violations
3.) A federal ethics review of the DHS luxury jet purchases
4.) Accountability for any misuse of public resources
5.) Public office is not a tool for political propaganda or personal benefit. Taxpayers deserve transparency and accountability—now.
