Content warning; discusses sexual assault, MMIWG, animal cruelty, and homicide. Gilburri Fahy’s theory that the Wit’ya tried to save Piper fits perfectly with the telepathic conversation I had with the Wit’ya. In his theory, it is alleged that Piper may have been sexually assaulted and the Wit’ya tried to save her.
HOW THE COLONY MATRIX FAILED PIPER JAMES AND EXECUTED OUR SACRED DINGO KIN
by gilburri fahy
The colony wants you to believe a simple, tragic story: 19-year-old Canadian firefighter Piper James went for a swim on K'gari, got into trouble, and was hunted by wild animals. The government bureaucrats immediately stamped it an "unacceptable risk," fired up the lethal injections, and executed ten of our sacred wit'ya (dingoes).
But that official story is gammon.
We have pulled apart the timelines, tracked the money, and exposed the massive corporate and bureaucratic cover-up hiding behind the K'gari dingo massacull. Piper wasn't hunted by an ancient canine predator; she was funnelled into a commercial death-trap, failed by the system, and possibly left in the hunting grounds of a human monster.
Here is the sovereign truth they don't want you to read.
THE TRAP: 6 DAYS, NOT 6 WEEKS
The media pushed a lie that Piper had been living on K'gari for six weeks, implying she was a seasoned local who should have known better 4. That is a liability dodge. We scraped her digital footprint and proved she only followed the Bundaberg hostel "Dingo Blue" on January 12, 2026.
She was on the island for a maximum of six days.
Her nightmare started at 46 Quay Street in Bundaberg, at the Dingo Blue Backpackers. This hostel is a predatory "colony trap" literally built inside the barred cells of an old 1900 colonial police lockup. Owned by David Purcell, the place is a transient meat market notorious for terrible conditions, $250 deposit scams, and predatory sleaze directed at young, vulnerable visa-workers.
To escape this dark cavern, Piper and her friend Taylor were pushed south to Rainbow Beach and recruited by Dingo’s K’gari Adventures.
THE MELBOURNE MONEY AND THE SIGNAL DEAD ZONE
Dingo’s K’gari Adventures is run by the Australian Adventure Group, a company backed by faceless Melbourne private equity firms, EBM Capital and Witford Capital.. These "money men" view our sacred Country as just another asset class to squeeze for profit.
They charge exorbitant fees but strip away basic duty of care. They dumped Piper in a remote bush camp 10 to 15 kilometres north of the Maheno shipwreck, in a known mobile signal dead-zone. There were no 2way radio or satellite phones. There was no emergency comms infrastructure.
Because of this massive safety failure, at 5:00 AM on Monday, January 19, Piper was forced to walk down to the dark beach alone just to get a phone signal. She possibly walked right into a predator's gap.
THE SALTWATER ERASER AND THE TIDE TIMELINE
The official police timeline claims two unidentified men ("Witness A and B") driving a 4WD south down Eastern Beach found Piper's body around 6:30 AM 22, 23.
But we pulled the hard tide data for Waddy Point, and it breaks their story wide open. The first low tide hit at 1:32 AM (0.47m) and the ocean was surging toward a massive 2.03m high tide at 8:30 AM 22, 24. When she was allegedly discovered, the ocean was "still on the coming" and pushing incredibly hard. The beach essentially disappears at this peak. Driving south against a 2-metre rising ocean is physically treacherous, forcing us to ask: Who were these "ghost" witnesses, where did they really come from, and why did they vanish into the police logs with no hero parade?
More importantly, the surging tide acted as the ultimate "saltwater eraser." Forensic science dictates that saltwater instantly dilutes semen, denatures proteins, and destroys DNA. If Piper was sexually assaulted ("graped") before being dragged into the surf, the ocean washed the human predator's sins away.
The government knew this. When Piper’s heartbroken father, Todd James, asked the coroner’s office if they had checked "every angle" and conducted a grape exam on his little girl, the bureaucrat wouldn't give a straight answer. Instead, they coldly told a grieving father to "send us an email". He was handed a death certificate stating the cause of death was "inconclusive".
THE YEPPEN LAGOON PREDATOR
While the colony was busy blaming the wit'ya, a human monster was hunting the coast. On January 25, just six days after Piper was found, 27-year-old Victorian man Michael Charles Clark ambushed a woman at Yeppen Lagoon in Rockhampton, sexually assaulted her three times, and attempted to drown her.
This "rape and drown" modus operandi uses water as a weapon and a forensic clean-up crew. Clark wasn't arrested in Rockhampton; he fled south and was caught at Boat Harbour Drive in Hervey Bay—the exact jump-off point for K'gari tours. Police admitted there is a "gap in the timeline" of his movements prior to the Rockhampton attack. That gap perfectly overlaps with the exact window Piper James was killed. This may be a strange coincidence HOWEVER this needs to be investigated and cleared.
Yet, mainstream media mouthpieces like ABC's Olivia Nunes-Malek, who covered both stories, failed to connect the dots, staying firmly locked in the colony fog.
SCAPEGOATS: THE HEROISM OF THE WIT'YA
To protect the multi-million-dollar tourism industry from lawsuits and plummeting bookings, the government needed to close the book fast. They rushed to authorize the cremation of Piper's body in just 15 to 17 days, burning any remaining evidence…
Then, they executed ten innocent wit'ya.
The colony relied on "pre-mortem bites" from the leaked preliminary autopsy to label our kin killers. But the physical evidence betrays the lie. If a wit'ya hunts a human as prey, the textbook move is to go straight for the throat or neck to crush the windpipe.
There was no throat or neck trauma on Piper James
The bite marks were located exclusively on her arms—the exact shallow grip-bites a dingo uses to drag drowning pups or stock from the water. The ten wit'ya found surrounding her body were not in a feeding frenzy; they were in a strict, defensive circle of mourning.
While the tour operators abandoned her in a dead-zone and a human monster stalked the coast, the wit'ya were the only ones on that beach who actually tried to save Piper's life.
For their heroism, colony bureaucrats like Deputy Director-General Ben Klaassen (a CPA "bean counter") and Ranger in Charge Linda Behrendorff (an academic who uses our wongari language to justify her lethal injections) ordered them killed.
THE VERDICT
This isn't wildlife management; this is a commercial cover-up and cultural violence. We don't accept the colonial myth that our wit'ya are Asian introductions; they are ancient native custodians. They did not kill Piper James. The system killed her.
We stand with Todd and Angela James, and we will carry this fire until the real predator is exposed and the shadow investors of K'gari answer for their negligence.
