Developer also privately contracted KPD and had off duty officer in full uniform with guns harassing women and children

PINKSTON “Meridian Pacific” has lapsed on their tentative approval. They now have to reapply and start the process of applying for permits all over again. County is continuing to allow him to bypass requirements because he is threatening to sue. He has multiple ex county attorneys/employees now working for him who are using loopholes as leverage to sue county

virtual testimony may be an option, currently we are the only county in Hawaii without it! I will keep this updated if virtual testimonies are allowed.
