Sunday we got a message about a machine on site:

All of this damage was caused Saturday and Sunday. We have photos and videos sent in by people who saw a man on a bulldozer clearing lot. 
Fisher (Earthworks Pacific Inc.) owner is hiring people to come in clear path for drill. 

We were on site Saturday they came after we left around 1.

Meridian Pacific Ltd.(company in escrow 18mil) says they have no basic grading permits! How is this legal?! We walked the trails they cleared, the damage is unbelievable! We have still not received a copy of new archeological report. No cultural monitors present while this worker carelessly bulldozed parts of heiau!

Missy Kamai (Cultural Surveys Hawai’i) has been completely unable to reach. KPD (Kaua’i police department) has been trying for almost 2 weeks with no response from her. 

We have Gary Pinkston stating on record to KPD that the archaeological report is finalized and published, which was the only way Geolabs Inc. was allowed to drill on the property.

Somebody needs to be held accountable for the amount of damage that was caused to this sacred land just this past weekend!
