For almost 20 years, Jeremy Palazolo has worked for the Chickasaw Council and Boy Scouts of America as a professional Scout. During his tenure he has overseen the stellar summer camp program at Kia Kima Scout Reservation and countless district and council activities at Camp Currier. He has been one of the most dedicated members of Council Staff, constantly giving of himself to ensure the program's success. 

On Monday October 24th 2022 he was suddenly and unjustifiably fired from his position under the guise of budget cuts. This is not fair to him, this is not fair to his staff and it is not fair to the thousands of scouts that benefit everyday from his tireless work. Council leadership behind this decision have far underestimated the value Jeremy brings to Kia Kima and all of Scouting. We need to rally to show him support!
