The Issue

**IF you have been cheated by JIO, Not Refunding money. READ and must sign this Petition. Let get your Money back.

We, the undersigned, are consumers from across India who paid for various Jio services — including JioFiber, Jio AirFiber, and broadband installation plans — but never received any service, installation, or valid refund even on Order Cancel due JIO technical error.

Despite:

Prepayment via online or offline modes
Confirmed orders and installation promises
Jio’s inability to complete the service due to "technical issues"
Jio has failed to process refunds for weeks or even months. Many of us have been waiting over 4 months, and our repeated complaints have been closed without resolution. No customer Support in actual. 

 
🚨 What We’ve Faced:
No real refunds issued — only vague promises
we were ready for vouchers earlier too but now NO MORE VOUCHER!
We have no intention of using Jio services anymore due to the harassment
Vouchers are useless and unacceptable after such poor treatment
 
We DO NOT Accept Jio Vouchers
We paid money for a service, and that service was never delivered.
Offering a voucher instead of a refund is not acceptable, especially when:

The refund delay has already crossed almost 4 months
Many of us have lost trust in Jio and do not wish to use their services again
 
✅ We Demand:
Full and immediate refund of all pending amounts (₹2,222, ₹1,500, ₹3,500, etc.) based on individual plans.
A public apology and official communication on the refund timeline.
A Reasonable compensation for mental harassment, time loss, and unprofessional handling.
A formal ban on substituting refunds with vouchers without customer consent.

A Professional Customer Service, where they don't close 15-16 Service Requests without even Remarks. A Quality complain team to monitor your operations, which is now clueless.

 MY ORDER : Order NO00013QR9X5 was created on 4th February and cancelled due to JIO technical error. Still I got 15 Service request closed almost without even update. Attaching images.
