Stop ignoring Bullying in the Philippines

Stop ignoring Bullying in the Philippines
The issue
Hi,
I believe we need to make a stand in the Philippines to stop bullying. We need to tell those who can prevent it to do something about it.
Despite my many efforts the Department of Education ignores damage bullying has done to someone close to me and something should be done.
Over one year ago, I made a report to the department of Education about a Teacher bullying a pregnant woman and provided direct evidence of the matter. That email was ignored. After that complaint I sent a letter to the school that the teacher works at, the principle and the Department of Education. All three of these letters were ignored. Finally, I posted an example of this bullying on the Dept. of Educations' Facebook page and this was also ignored.
I am hoping if we can provide enough voices the victim may be heard and the Department take action.
The Department of Education thinks that a teacher calling someone "a prostitute and uneducated" is acceptable behaviour for a teacher. I think it is not. I am of the belief that they see teachers on a pedestal and don't see us as equal.
If you agree with me, see other people as equal and think that teachers should not get away with this type of behaviour because of the way they are viewed 'on a protected pedestal' then please sign my petition and send an email to the DepEd Public Assistance Action Center <action@deped.gov.ph>.
