Aloha Ohana,

Hogstop makers speak about their product raising more concerns in Hawai`i than in any other state.  They also say that they assist their distributors with approval in each state.  Since Hawai`i does not have any approval rules for this particular pesticide, what "approval" did Hogstop Hi ACTUALLY have to undergo to bring Hogstop into our state?
