This is a very serious and critical situation at 3702 Kellywood Rd., also known as Hidden Hollow Estates venue. 
 512 retreats are one of the organizations that promotes this property and books it. The property manager, as well as the host are not considerate or reasonable people. My attorney has sent a demand letter, but this needs to stop because they will not comply with anything. They believe they are above ordinances.  
 They violate noise ordinances, they play their music until sometimes five in the morning, I heard a gunshot last weekend, there’s domestic disputes over there they litter, they trespass, they blow fireworks during burn bans, They are past the DB levels, And they also never gave a public notification to the immediate neighbors to get approval on the venue before hand. My attorney is questioning if they even have a legal permit  

 This is a danger to children, our animals, the residents here, and it prevent us from living our lives  

 We are not able to sleep or function properly, we cannot use our properties to capacities. We would like to the venue that.  I cannot obtain more animals or rent my guesthouse because the noise is so loud it will affect them  

they have excessive cars that park in the Flood Plain and that is a major violation also. 
 
 Please sign this petition as this is gone on too long, I have exhausted. Every measure I can to try and communicate with these people and my patience is over.
 We do not have APB So we rely on the sheriffs department, which does not enforce anything. But there are multiple reports against them, it would not shock me if there were hundreds.  
 This is affecting all of us on a very serious level, so I urge you to sign this so we can take some sort of action and get back to our peaceful lives. 
 I encourage everyone to please post reviews and photos/videos of what we experience, as well as report to Vrbo, Air BnB, Google, etc. We must exhaust all measures.
