Higher Education Commision of Pakistan involved in corruption with institutes from years to give recognition to institutes and enroll students. When these institutes stopped giving money to higher authorities of HEC, HEC chairman halted the Degrees attestation and started destroying the future of poor students. Students in the whole process are innocent and have been destroyed badly. HEC Chairman, DG, ED are collectively involved in the process of delaying the attestation of Degrees. 

Graduates of following institutes are affected; 

1. Al Khair University, Azad Kashmir
2. Imperial College, Lahore 
3. Global Institute, Lahore
