Stop Heavy Excavations in Cleethorpes Town End Pier Gardens Favour refurbishment over New Proposal.

An Update.Dear Supporters (New Update ) I n my last update i had been advised that this Petition would have to close early However since that time I have since been told this petition can now stay open.it was a   new petition that has started a little to far down the line when Maylim were heavily into the Pier garden construction.

I do have news for those of you who  signed my other Petition Stop the redesign of town End Pier Gardens Cleethorpes, I posted an update just 3 days ago.                                                           For that one we have done it,we have got 1.000 signatures for that petition and it will be going to Full council This month on Sep the 24th and is available  to watch on you tube live  I understand this will be from early evening 6pm.                                                                                                 This petition focuses more on Heavy excavations ,and other the redesign whilst they are separate petitions they are similar in content ,so we are taking the maximum action we can take at this stage in the renovations .

In the meantime please continue to share this petition so we can get to 1.000 on this one too.

If you choose to watch the debate live on you tube on the 24th sep you will see for yourself what has been said in relation to the pier gardens ,but whatever happens at least we got to have our say.

The Petitions may remain open even after the debate has taken place,because there is a lot to hold north east lincolnshire council to account for and  us backing down is what the council want  we must not allow this to happen.

When you make a Complaint to the council about the revamp and your objections to it it leaves a paper trail this can be  a positive thing going forward.also contact decision  makers at croft Baker ward with your objections to this revamp stating the removal of original features such as the maze and crazy golf .

It's late but lets continue to Favour and request refurbishment over Heavy excavations .

Its in editable the council will seek to justify the Heavy handed excavations but do not let this put you off holding them to account for what they have done to what was a beautiful former garden and now is an active construction site with all assets History authenticity removed.
