✊ Expose Housing Society Corruption: Take Action Against Advocate Munaf Kazi & Deputy Registrar Sunil Kothawale

📍 Rajkiran CHS, Versova, Mumbai – Residents Demand Accountability and Safety
We, the concerned and distressed residents of Rajkiran Cooperative Housing Society, Versova, are compelled to raise our voices against what we believe to be systemic abuse of power, financial mismanagement, harassment, and administrative corruption—all under the watch of our Society Secretary, Advocate Munaf Kazi, and enabled by Deputy Registrar Sunil Kothawale (K/West Ward).

⚠️ Here’s what’s happening in our society:
🛑 Abuse of Power by Society Secretary – Advocate Munaf Kazi
Over 10 legal cases have been filed by Mr. Kazi against residents simply for questioning his decisions.
In a recorded AGM, he openly threatened members with legal action if they opposed him.
Residents, especially senior citizens, women, and families, live in fear and silence.
💰 Financial Misconduct & Bribery Allegations
Society members approved ₹60 lakhs for works—but over ₹96 lakhs has been spent without transparency.
Audio recordings reveal Mr. Kazi admitting to paying ₹3.3–5 lakhs to influence legal outcomes, and committee members discussing settlement bribes of ₹1–2 lakhs.
🔒 Unverified Security & Safety Threats
Watchmen are changed frequently without police verification or proper hiring processes.
This poses a serious security risk to women, children, and the elderly in our society.
🧑‍⚖️ Corrupt Inaction by Deputy Registrar Sunil Kothawale
Despite receiving multiple complaints and evidence (videos, audios, documentation), Mr. Kothawale has taken no action.
His repeated refusal to intervene points to a clear pattern of collusion with Mr. Kazi, undermining resident rights and enabling abuse.

A criminal investigation into Advocate Munaf Kazi for harassment, financial misappropriation, and abuse of authority.
Immediate suspension and inquiry into Deputy Registrar Sunil Kothawale for dereliction of duty and possible collusion.
A complete independent audit of Rajkiran CHS’s finances, legal cases, and society governance from the past 3 years.
Enforcement of resident safety norms, including verified security personnel hired through licensed agencies.
