Hey there -
From Essence to The Washington Post, we've been getting amazing coverage on our petition, Melanin MeetUps, and our social initiative, The Better Together Project which aims to memorialize the African American experience for cultural reform. This includes continuing the fight to memorialize plantations across the country. As a result, this has brought more audiences and more exposure and we'd like to keep it going!
We only have 42 days to finish fundraising for Melanin MeetUps' new website and continuation of our PR funds!
If 150 people donated $20-$25 to our fundraiser we would be able to make significant progress toward our fundraising goal. Would you be able to help make this a reality?
To donate, just click to our fundraiser below:

It would also really help if you could share our fundraiser link with everyone you know. The more eyes on our fundraiser, the better! I appreciate all of your support! We wouldn't be able to accomplish $7,000 without your help. Find out more about our organization in the blurb below and take the pledge on our site for more updates.
With love,
Kirk
