Hi dreamers, as you’re all aware gameloft have been recently flagging and banning members for using their multiplayer feature within the game. A feature that they added in for us to use. Not only are they banning innocent people from using a game that has become an escape from reality, they are also banning children from using the game. Instead of going after the people who are in-fact abusing the game for example selling in game items that you can get for FREE. They are going after people who are generally doing nothing wrong, whether that be to grab items from a friend or visit their daisys store for a TOM creation or even grab some furniture from scrooges store. Wasn’t this the whole purpose of the multiplayer feature? To help each other and have fun? There are children that play this game, where their parents will help them. Isn’t Disney supposed to be a kind, loving, helpful community for ALL? Disney is not being very Disney. They’re hurting their community because of some greedy people who are just wanting personal gain.

My community and I alongside thousands of others are devoted to Disney Dreamlight Valley, we all have a common interest in this game - loving Disney. We all have spent hundreds of pounds to buy the products, to buy moonstones, to buy the DLCs. We all have spends hours upon hours playing the game as it’s supposed to be played. A multiplayer portal was included in one of your many updates which allows people to visit other valleys, yet upon us doing this we have found ourselves given a ban just for opening a portal. When receiving a ban, a message will appear saying “This decision has been made to ensure that the Disney Dreamlight valley community is a safe and welcoming space for others” but where is the welcoming space? Where is the safe space? Where is this for the innocent people that are being punished for others actions. This is ruining your game. I understand they need to take action regarding people going against their TOS but where is the justice for people just wanting the play the game with their friends and family. What is the point of giving a feature to enjoy the game when we’re being penalised for using that feature? Why should we spend money and spend our time playing a game that we thought was fun to then find ourselves out of pockets and unable to enjoy the features of the game as they were intended to be enjoyed.

Please join us in signing this petition to get the attention it deserves, to get justice for those who were and are continuing to be wrongfully accused of something they didn’t do. Adults and children should not be scared about playing a game that is supposed to be fun. We want answers and we want justice. We will not stop until it’s fixed.
