The Issue

In a troubling campaign against free speech, an independent artist, Macklemore, was targeted at multiple entertainment venues across the nation.

This rights violation stems from influential individuals and corporations, in particular NFL stadium owners using their power to silence voices they deem inconvenient. Most notably, Robert Kraft has played a central role in orchestrating this campaign of suppression.

This Petition is Directed To:

Chief Sustainability Officer, Amazon.com, Inc.
Chief Sustainability & Compliance Officer, Ahold Delhaize USA (Stop & Shop, Hannaford, Giant Food)
VP of Global Sustainability and Procurement, The TJX Companies, Inc. (T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods)
VP of Supply Chain & Sustainability, BJ's Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc.

THE PETITION MANDATE

We, the undersigned consumers, creators, and community members, call on your corporations to immediately audit your Northeast and Mid-Atlantic packaging supply chains. We demand that you suspend all commercial contracts with The Kraft Group’s packaging subsidiaries—including Rand-Whitney and International Forest Products (IFP)—until Chairman Robert Kraft halts his coordinated campaign to suppress the free speech of independent artists at nationwide entertainment venues.

As major consumer-facing brands operating massive logistics hubs in New England and the Mid-Atlantic, your corporate entities purchase millions of tons of corrugated boxes, mailers, product trays, and retail displays.

By sourcing these operational materials from Kraft Group entities, your consumer dollars directly subsidize a billionaire-led effort to censor musicians, enforce venue blockades, and weaponize corporate infrastructure against constitutional rights.

WHY THIS MATTERS TO YOUR BRAND EQUITY

Each of your organizations operates under a strict, publicly stated Supplier Code of Conduct that mandates your business partners adhere to high ethical standards, social responsibility, and civic respect.

Amazon explicitly pledges to champion independent creators and foster an inclusive marketplace. Sourcing fulfillment packaging from a vendor actively organizing cartels to censor artists completely contradicts that promise.

Ahold Delhaize, TJX, and BJ’s Wholesale rely entirely on local community trust. Allowing your regional grocery aisles, apparel racks, and bulk pallet displays to be built out of corrugated materials stamped by the Kraft Group ties your everyday products directly to corporate overreach and censorship.

When a primary B2B supplier leverages their immense wealth to bully venues and dictate who can speak or perform on an American stage, they become a profound reputational liability to every brand that funds them.

You cannot claim to champion sustainability and social governance while quietly financing the suppression of free expression through your supply chains.

OUR DEMANDS

We demand that your executive leadership team takes the following immediate actions:

Launch an Immediate Supply Chain Audit: Formally investigate whether your regional fulfillment centers, distribution hubs, or product vendors utilize Rand-Whitney or International Forest Products (IFP) for packaging materials, shipping boxes, or point-of-purchase displays.

Enforce Your Supplier Code of Conduct: Issue a formal corporate warning to the Kraft Group stating that weaponizing commercial venue control to suppress civil liberties and artist expression violates your ethical vendor guidelines.

Pivot to Neutral Suppliers: If the Kraft Group refuses to cease its anti-free-speech venue campaigns, we demand that your corporations transition your bulk packaging contracts to neutral, regional alternative manufacturers.

Your delivery boxes, retail displays, and product trays should carry your values—not the weight of billionaire censorship.

We will continue to monitor your local distribution networks and raise public awareness at your retail locations until your supply chains are free from the Kraft Group's overreach.
