After talking with older generations that grew up in the 60's and 70's, I heard a lot more reasons why this should happen. These generations been around when some of these ideas were in place. Now they continue to be hard workers and work anywhere from 40-80 hour weeks to survive. They watch individuals who live on government assistance and when ask they admit they don't want to stop. They live off the system, they go out and buy food better then some hard working Americans do. You see them going put buying expensive steaks, lobsters and food some of us wish we could buy more then a couple times a year. The individuals I talked with believe not only would a program like one listed but they believe it would also make a lot of individuals go out and work to keep getting the items the came custom to.
