Express Scripts Better Business Profile
The fact that so many Americans through their employers, Medicaid, Medicare, or Military through Tricare are forced to receive their medications through an insurance owned one-star, and F-rated pharmacy on the BBB should be a red flag warning that something is eerie wrong with America's health care delivery systems.
Even a one-star rating may be too high as many complaints start with, "I would give zero stars if I could. "
The issue is obvious. The monopolization of the insurance, pharmacy, and healthcare industries harms America's public health. We find it hard to get our legislators' attention and unity on such a critical issue because these same companies are among the wealthiest in our nation and contribute a lot of money to political campaigns on both sides.
It doesn't have to be this way. I hope today that you will take time to write your legislators, tweet out to them, post on their social media pages that patients need their help. America needs their help. Every day that the issue continues means lives are at risk from the poor service as they are forced to these mail order pharmacies.
For the amount we pay, America deserves better than this.
