Patients' lives depend on choice and safe access. 

This pharmacist shared a video about his experience with mail-order pharmacy. Optum RX, CVS Caremark, and Express Scripts are Pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). These 3 PBMs own their own pharmacies that they force or steer many patients to use. 

As a pharmacist for many years, John saw the heartbreaking issues with PBM's forced mail-order pharmacy. He's now a patient whose life depends on medications and is forced to use mail-order himself. 

In this video, he shares a patient's story, his personal experiences, shows support for our cause, and discusses the issues with temperatures and medications. 

I am thankful that we have the support of many pharmacists across our nation.
