This will be an unusual yet crucial petition update. This is a petition update requesting you to sign another petition to a separate department in our government who can help protect patients who suffer from forced mail-order. Past petitions went to congress/senate which is one crucial way to change laws. This petition may be the most effective to protect patients.

This petition is to the Attorney Generals across all 50 states.

Attorney Generals roles are to protect patients and consumers from harmful business practices. Some Attorney Generals are already standing up against PBMs who overcharged states millions of tax dollars in our Medicaid programs. Failing to protect patients, the FTC and the Justice Department doesn't account for us as patients or end users when looking at how mergers will affect citizens across our nation. I am certain the Attorney Generals will be able to help patients as soon as we gain their attention and kindly demand action.

This week again we are reminded of how crucial fixing these common sense issues are. I connected with cancer treatment patients who have encountered delays in cancer treatment, medications that were supposed to be kept refrigerated stored improperly, and even came across news articles discussing insulin that had been frozen over our winter months. Frozen insulin can become lethal for some patients.
