Hello, advocates! Since we last checked in, a TON has happened on the Emerson Act front. 

In the Senate: Senator Braun (R-IN) has joined as a co-sponsor of the Food Donation Improvement Act of 2021 (Refresher: this is the bill we worked to get introduced that would amend the Emerson Act). 

In the House: Representatives Pingree and McGovern introduced the corresponding bill in the House!
