Help sign this petition to urge DBKL and the authorities concerned to stop the "food Truck" development and business on Jalan Pegawai adjacent to Jalan Ampang Tengah and Jalan Ampang Hilir. 

The development and food trucks are on land belonging to the Federal Land Commission and ought to be stopped because: 

1. The Land is classified for residential and its surrounding area are residences. The presence of the development and business is contrary to the use of the land in question.
2. The Land is adjacent to a cross junction that is a main road in the area. The land is close to the Myanmar Embassy that currently is an area that is crowded with persons visiting the Myanmar Embassy. The presence of the Food Truck business will cause further traffic congestion. 
3. The Land is also adjacent to the International School Kuala Lumpur. Many children and persons residing in the area walk to the school throughout the day. The presence of the Food Truck business is a cause of concern to the safety of the children that walk back and forth to school.  
4. The presence of the Food truck business will cause noise pollution until late night and will affect the general peace and tranquility of the surrounding area which consists of residences. 
5. The Food Truck business will cause pollution, smell, rodents and health issues to arise in the area including the increase in rats, snakes, cockroaches and mosquitos. 
6. The presence of the food truck business has already jeopardized the value of the property adjacent to it and has deterred persons to tenant the property around the food truck business. As such, the food truck business causes social and financial damage to the residents and owners in the vicinity. 

We therefore ask that the authorities stop this development and business operating.
