Thank you to everyone who has signed and who have added their personal experience about the death of their loved ones. It is very moving to read and thank you for sharing.

The more I try to get something done about this the more people I hear of who have unfortunately gone through this terrible experience. It is ruining lives, causing  trauma, depression, inability to work and/or properly function in everyday life, and long-term PTSD.

There are many support groups for those who need them.
