Good morning everyone,

The 2nd photo was taken on 3rd November, not long after we were advised to put Mum on end of life, withdrawing all food, hydration, medications, and medical observations. It’s fortunate we didn’t as the second photo shows her sitting up. That day she was laughing and joking, and singing “I Want to Dance with Somebody”.

As you know, by false means Mum was put on End of Life “care” a few days later, without family agreement or knowledge; even though we had Power of Attorney. Medical records of a family meeting five days before were falsified and the then senior registrar at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow has never been called to account. The PHSO had ruled no wrong was done, because they accepted the false medical notes to be fact. The GMC also say no wrong was done. 

Please forward this petition to any friends, colleagues, clubs, organisations, or your local “Nextdoor” (online) so we can have more chance of cases like this being debated in Parliament.

The acceptance of false medical notes as fact must be stopped. Any medical staff who do this must be called to account; and the practice of ending people’s lives with starvation and dehydration must stop. It’s the outlawed Liverpool Care Plan by another name. 

We know the NHS is going through difficult times but prematurely ending certain people’s lives, being prejudiced against a certain age group or disability group must stop. There must be other ways to solve the NHS crisis, other than putting people to death.
