EVRI DISPUTE NOW WITH ACAS — EVIDENCE CONTINUES TO GROW DAILY

Richard CallGrimsby, ENG, Reino Unido

I wanted to give everyone supporting this petition a brief update.

My dispute with Evri has now progressed further. I have formally notified ACAS and commenced Early Conciliation with Evri Limited, and I am also in contact with solicitors regarding the evidence and potential legal claims arising from my years working as a courier.

Since starting this campaign, the evidence has continued to grow almost daily.

I now have a substantial record including company emails, invoices, payment corrections, management correspondence, photographs, recordings, courier accounts and other documentary evidence covering issues that stretch back over several years.

Other couriers are also continuing to come forward with their own first-hand experiences and supporting material. Where people provide evidence, I am preserving it carefully and separating their experiences from my own so that nothing is exaggerated or presented as something it is not.

Evri is currently processing my Data Subject Access Request, which I hope will provide important internal records relating to my payments, rounds, working arrangements, performance data and management decisions.

I want to be clear that notifying ACAS does not mean that ACAS has decided who is right or wrong. It means the dispute has now entered the formal Early Conciliation process while I continue obtaining legal advice.

What began as me trying to get answers about my own treatment has developed into a much larger body of evidence about the way couriers can be treated and the difficulty many appear to have getting problems properly resolved.

Thank you to everyone who has signed, shared, contacted me privately or supplied genuine evidence.

I will continue documenting everything properly and will update supporters when there is something significant to report.
