
Hi all thank you for the continued support Evri have made a payment to me for loss of earnings which is a start and I’m back servicing the round on original rate for now but it seems like there not bothered about how they caused the situation it’s just been frustrating apparently also seems to think I am on a flex contract but it’s a lifestyle contract so don’t know where there getting there information from this is part of an email sent to me explaining that they reserve the right to lower rates even after this whole situation I have been on the same rate since 2018 with all other costs rising wouldn’t you think after how the situation played out there would be a better response just shows what they think of the couriers also the cost of my unit has not been resolved as they are saying Evri never asked me to get a unit why have you been delivering to me for 6 years then more updates to come
