I am calling for the end of killing shelter dogs and cats for space. We need a complete overhaul of the shelter system and services to include the following 

• A free or low cost neuter and spay program
• A database of known animal abusers and dumpers.
• A BAN on backyard breeding.
• More money allocated to the shelters for expanding facilities and for transportation when dogs can be adopted or rescued out of state. 

A lot of people say they want things to change, but those same people can't even be bothered to sign a petition demanding change. We should speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. Help me demand that they stop killing healthy shelter dogs and cats
