A few months ago, "7" went to court on ONE case of breeching my AVO (cops only charged one of the 20 odd times he broke the AVO), an arson attack and some other charges of attacks in the community.
One count of breaking my AVO is meant to immediately send him to jail for 2 years, but he only got 6 months for attacking me with a golf club.
He got 2 years for all his other violence and weapons offenses. He plead guilty so he got less time than he originally would.

This small but important victory is now in danger.

"7" is appealing and dragging me through his traumatic attacks, again.

The case is on Aug 12th.
Please keep this violent man in jail. He clearly ENJOYS attacking people and causing fear in our community and does NOT want to change his violent ways.
