The company limits writing characters and posting, restricts edit and save functions, and manipulates and controls users' interactions and views, leaving people with no option but to sign up and subscribe to their monetized policy. This effectively restricts free speech, placing it behind a monthly subscription.

We believe that X's new monetized policy undermines free speech as it favors subscribed paid users and discriminates against unpaid users. Therefore, we kindly request relevant organizations to investigate this matter and seek the removal of this policy against unpaid users who use the platform solely to express their freedom of speech."
