Are New York's diversity and inclusion initiatives producing prosperity for Black entrepreneurs—or are Black businesses losing money dealing with promises that fail to materialize?

We call upon the New York City Council and the New York State Legislature to answer that question through public oversight hearings and meaningful reform.
