The number for DVA reports being sent to MLCOA continue to rise under the "treating practitioner" justification. DVA have not been providing these numbers, but MLCOA do:

Q1 /2026 - 1,000 reports taking on average 30.16 business days FROM REPORT Receipt

Q3/2026 - 2,350 reports taking on average 58 business days from Receipt.

135% increase in number and 92% increase in time, nothing to see here....
