You secured a Royal Commission, Now we need your help to make the recommendations stick.

Veterans are still being forced to use doctors they don’t trust. A new national campaign has launched to push back. Today, on ANZAC Day, we recognise the service of Australians who have served our country. But respect should extend beyond today and be guaranteed with how veterans are treated every day.

You signed the petition calling for veterans to choose their own doctor. That issue is now at the centre of a broader national push and we need your help. Today, Fair Care for Veterans launched across the country to push for action on what the Royal Commission already found.

Recommendation 101 was clear: veterans deserve more choice and autonomy over their own care. Right now, that means:

•Ending the requirement to go through MLCOA for injury assessments

•Ensuring veterans can see a doctor they trust, not one they’re forced into Australians overwhelmingly agree with 80% support veterans choosing their own healthcare provider.

The support is there. Now it’s about making sure it’s heard. If you’re willing, you can help build that momentum:

Follow the campaign

Share it with your networks

Help more Australians understand what’s happening
