I am writing this petition to address a grave injustice happening at the Carlisle Pennsylvania Cumberland County Pennsylvania Prison unqualified staff. For too long, the citizens of Cumberland County have been subjected to medical malpractice, illegal evidence convictions of DUI performed by unqualified staff, authorized by Cumberland County officials, including District Attorney Sean M. McCormack and Prison Warden Travis Shenk. This malpractice not only violates Pennsylvania law but also endangers the lives and well-being of those stopped for perceived to be under the influence.

Citizens at the Cumberland County Pennsylvania Prison have reported receiving blood draws, with unqualified individuals performing procedures that should only be handled by certified medical professionals. These procedures, performed without the requisite expertise, risk causing severe harm, injury, or even death to those involved.

According to Pennsylvania law, medical procedures must be conducted by licensed medical personnel. Yet, in a flagrant disregard for this law, the prison administration and Cumberland County District Attorneys Office Sean McCormack  has seemingly allowed such practices to persist, putting vulnerable individuals at risk. The families  have been left powerless, watching as their loved ones suffer needlessly due to the negligence of those in charge.

The issue extends beyond medical malpractice. Individuals in Cumberland County who have been convicted of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) have faced unwarranted and potentially unlawful sentences based on faulty  illegal procedures. We urge all affected citizens to sign up for a class-action lawsuit for damages and over turn convictions and seek justice for the wrongs committed against them.

Furthermore, we call on Cumberland County officials Sean M. McCormack to cease these illegal practices immediately. We demand that  third party qualified medical professionals be contracted to ensure the health and safety of all  individuals stopped for perceived DUI at Cumberland County Prison as to Pennsylvania Law. It is imperative that changes are made to prevent further harm and protect the rights of those unjustly treated.
