The EU is putting a law in place that will force people to verify their age with an ID to enter site that have pornographic content, the sale of alcohol, tobacco or nicotine-related products, drugs, and access to gambling content.  (Link to the full document which can be downloaded on this page). If this is allowed to happen 3rd party sites will be verifying our information which they could maybe sell or lose in a data breach.  If our information is lost in a data breach and/or sold it will put people at risk of fraud and other actions. This also removes some of the anonymity the internet has. We have to fight back from this happening before it is put into place. It might not be a problem for you right now but it will affect you when its put into place. Please help stop this before it happens.
