Yesterday the Council and Police wrote a response to our demands for 5 point plan to ensure Community Safety. Sadly, it largely defends the current (obviously inadequate) strategy and resourcing. No to cctv in the ward hotspots, no to a bigger reporting meeting and targets, no to warning posters (such as the above  example) and data on arrests which pertains to the wider Park area. We know in 2023 drugs ASB was up 95% on 2019 in Tollington. Today it must be much worse. It’s not good enough and we have said so. Our deadline is 1 October. Keep up the pressure. They are listening.
