Good news we have 240 signatures- and the city north planter (see photo) has been removed!! - it was a dead end alley in plain sight of commuters for dealing. The BAD news is  at 8.40 am today 5 drug users are in that spot, despite lack of planter. Can’t see the public wanting to walk through. I spoke to friendly TfL security guard who said ‘if it’s not on the station we can’t do anything’ and ‘ the police aren’t interested…they walk by it and ignore..unless maybe some is dealing’ (There were 3 security guards on duty at that entrance plus ticket staff!) . Another report on What’sapp says ‘as it’s private land the police overlook it.’ And mentions a mugging the other day outside Someday Bar. This is what we are up against. Institutional inertia.
