At this meeting, the Planning Commission will reconsider the developer’s attempt to use the wrongfully approved 2024 plan. 

Your presence on December 17th will help the Planning Commission see that the people of Piedmont care deeply about this decision and expect the county’s plans, laws, and safety standards to be respected.

A strong community turnout strengthens the county’s position and reinforces that sending this plan back was the right thing to do.
