Ontarians have the RIGHT to know exactly WHERE & HOW our tax dollars are being spent

- Is a BARRIER to identifying poor healthcare investments
- Is a HINDRANCE to making wiser choices to improve health
- Worsens staff shortages

- Erodes public trust
