31 Jan 2016 — Thank you to everyone who has signed this important petition. I'm pleased to have found that there is a way forward on this issue! Effected Domino's employees can apply to the Fair Work Commission to have the SDA agreement 2005 terminated in the commission. How? There are two forms to be filled out and lodged with the commission. F24 and F24A which can be found here:https://www.fwc.gov.au/about-us/resources/forms These forms must be filled out perfectly then lodged with the Fair Work Commision. Maybe we as a community can find a lawyer or other representative who is willing to do this work on the employees behalf. It beggars belief that the union concerned (the SDA) has not applied itself to have this 2005 SDA agreement terminated, they have had many years to do so. Let's keep up the good fight!
