The more customers who file complaints, the greater the chance we have of getting this company fined, removal of smart meters, and our electric bills returned to normal usage charges, along with a refund for the intentionally overpriced electric services from Dominion Energy. Dominion Energy is deliberately causing electric bills to double or even triple the actual usage, and this usage isn't what the customer is actually using each month. These smart meters were designed to fraudulently increase usage despite the customer not using that amount each month. This constitutes Theft by Deception, which violates federal and state laws.
