PETITION & TPS UPDATE FOR UKRAINIANS IN THE UNITED STATES
Hey everyone!
Ihave some very important updates for everyone who has been following our petition.
First, this past Friday, EADs were extended through October for eligible Ukrainian TPS beneficiaries affected by the delays. If this applies to you, log into your USCIS portal, open your application, and click “Documents.” Your notice should be there. The government should also mail you a copy, but I recommend downloading and printing it now to provide to your employer.
Our petition has also officially passed 35,000 signatures in less than a week! Thank you to everyone who signed, shared, and told their story.
Last week, we printed what was then more than 31,000 signatures and 800 personal comments and hand-delivered them in Washington, D.C. to people involved in the decision-making process.
They were very impressed with what we brought them, and we were told it would be used as they consider what happens next with TPS. The meetings went very well.
I feel very positive, but nothing is certain until an official decision is made.
That is why we still need your help. Please contact your representatives in Congress and tell them you support extending Temporary Protected Status for Ukraine. If you don't know who represents you, how to contact them, or what to say, I will link a website below that does the work for you.

I've also had a lot of people reach out about U4U and re-parole. Please know that we have not forgotten about you.
This is something we are working on as well. We are pushing hard in Washington for the Ukrainian Adjustment Act, which could provide a longer-term solution for a significant number of Ukrainians currently living in the United States.
Finally, I had a ton of people reaching out about donations. I do not take donations, BUT we are about €4,000 away from funding our second armored truck for Ukraine.
The vehicle will be used to move personnel and equipment in frontline areas. If you'd like to help us get this truck funded, I'll include the donation link below.
