The Geelong Councillors refuse a recommendation by Geelong Council Planning to approve a subdivision containing the Phar Lap Tree. 

Geelong Councillors listened to the neighbourhood ratepayers and their concerns regarding this subdivision being 46 Objections and over 1100 Change.Org signatures
