Hi all,

Yesterday, the UK Government announced that it will continue to uprate the pensions of UK state pensioners living in EU countries post Brexit - but they are continuing to ‘freeze’ the UK state pensions of people like my Mum, a Second World War veteran, who only receives £72.50 a week because she now lives in Canada. Please write to your MP to tell them that this is completely unfair and unjust at https://endfrozenpensions.org/find-your-mp/ 

Mum only gets £72.50 instead of the £129.20 a week that she would be due if she was still in the UK. Whilst the announcement is good news for UK pensioners living in EU countries, this move is a real insult to my Mum and the other 510,000 ex-pat pensioners, many of them living in Commonwealth countries.

Please help my Mum and the other pensioners affected by this policy by using this link to urgently write to your MP to tell them it is totally immoral and unjust to deny any UK state pensioner what they are entitled to and to end the policy of ‘frozen’ pensions.
