Stop de pauze op Iraanse asielaanvragen – Zorg voor eerlijke behandeling

Beschrijving

Wij zijn een groep Iraanse asielzoekers die momenteel in Nederland wonen. Volgens informatie van de Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst is er momenteel een pauze ingesteld op de behandeling van veel Iraanse asielaanvragen. Hierdoor zijn geplande interviews en afspraken uitgesteld of geannuleerd.

Voor veel van ons betekent dit maandenlange onzekerheid over onze toekomst.

Tegelijkertijd merken wij op dat in eerdere vergelijkbare situaties, wanneer asielzoekers afkomstig waren uit landen waar een ernstige crisis gaande was, asielaanvragen vaak sneller werden behandeld. Dit verschil in behandeling roept bij veel Iraanse asielzoekers zorgen op over mogelijke ongelijke behandeling.

Tegelijkertijd blijft de situatie in Iran zeer zorgwekkend. Demonstranten en critici van het regime worden nog steeds gearresteerd, vervolgd en zwaar gestraft. Veel Iraniërs die hun land hebben verlaten, hebben deelgenomen aan protesten of vrezen vervolging bij terugkeer.

Daarnaast hebben de Iraanse autoriteiten recent publiekelijk gewaarschuwd dat Iraniërs in het buitenland die – direct of indirect – steun zouden geven aan tegenstanders van het regime of volgens hen met buitenlandse staten samenwerken, vervolgd kunnen worden op basis van strenge nationale veiligheidswetten. In officiële verklaringen van justitiële autoriteiten wordt gesproken over zware straffen, waaronder langdurige gevangenisstraf, confiscatie van eigendommen en zelfs de doodstraf.

Nederland staat internationaal bekend om zijn inzet voor mensenrechten en bescherming van mensen die gevaar lopen. Juist daarom is het van groot belang dat asielaanvragen zorgvuldig, eerlijk en zonder onnodige vertraging worden behandeld.

Daarom vragen wij om:
 • het zo snel mogelijk beëindigen van de pauze op Iraanse asielaanvragen
 • een eerlijke en tijdige beoordeling van onze dossiers
 • duidelijkheid en transparantie voor Iraanse asielzoekers die momenteel in onzekerheid leven

Met deze petitie vragen wij de Tweede Kamer en de Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst om deze situatie opnieuw te beoordelen en ervoor te zorgen dat Iraanse asielaanvragen weer tijdig en zorgvuldig worden behandeld.

Stop the Pause on Iranian Asylum Applications – Ensure Fair Treatment

We are a group of Iranian asylum seekers currently living in the Netherlands. According to information from the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND), there is currently a pause on the processing of many Iranian asylum applications. As a result, scheduled interviews and appointments have been postponed or canceled.

For many of us, this means months of uncertainty about our future.

At the same time, we note that in previous similar situations, when asylum seekers came from countries in severe crises, applications were often processed faster. This difference in treatment raises concerns among many Iranian asylum seekers about possible unequal treatment.

Meanwhile, the situation in Iran remains very worrying. Demonstrators and critics of the regime are still being arrested, prosecuted, and harshly punished. Many Iranians who have left their country have participated in protests or fear persecution if they return.

Additionally, Iranian authorities have recently publicly warned that Iranians abroad who – directly or indirectly – support opponents of the regime or cooperate with foreign states, could be prosecuted under strict national security laws. Official statements from judicial authorities mention severe punishments, including long prison sentences, confiscation of property, and even the death penalty.

The Netherlands is internationally known for its commitment to human rights and the protection of people at risk. That is why it is crucial that asylum applications are processed carefully, fairly, and without unnecessary delay.

Therefore, we request:

the immediate end of the pause on Iranian asylum applications
fair and timely assessment of our cases
clarity and transparency for Iranian asylum seekers currently living in uncertainty
With this petition, we urge the Dutch Parliament and the Immigration and Naturalisation Service to reassess this situation and ensure that Iranian asylum applications are again processed in a timely and careful manner.

توقف وقفه در پرونده‌های پناهندگی ایرانیان – تضمین برخورد منصفانه

ما گروهی از پناهجویان ایرانی هستیم که در حال حاضر در هلند زندگی می‌کنیم. بر اساس اطلاعات اداره مهاجرت و طبیعی‌سازی (IND)، در حال حاضر وقفه‌ای در بررسی بسیاری از درخواست‌های پناهندگی ایرانیان اعمال شده است. در نتیجه، مصاحبه‌ها و ملاقات‌های برنامه‌ریزی‌شده به تعویق افتاده یا لغو شده‌اند.

برای بسیاری از ما، این وضعیت به معنای ماه‌ها عدم قطعیت درباره آینده ما است.

همزمان، ما متوجه شده‌ایم که در شرایط مشابه گذشته، هنگامی که پناهجویان از کشورهایی با بحران شدید آمده بودند، پرونده‌ها اغلب سریع‌تر بررسی می‌شدند. این تفاوت در برخورد باعث نگرانی بسیاری از پناهجویان ایرانی درباره احتمال تبعیض شده است.

همچنین، وضعیت در ایران همچنان بسیار نگران‌کننده است. معترضان و منتقدان رژیم همچنان بازداشت، تعقیب و به شدت مجازات می‌شوند. بسیاری از ایرانیانی که کشورشان را ترک کرده‌اند، در اعتراضات شرکت کرده‌اند یا از پیگرد در صورت بازگشت می‌ترسند.

علاوه بر این، مقامات ایرانی اخیراً به طور علنی هشدار داده‌اند که ایرانیان خارج از کشور که به طور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم از مخالفان رژیم حمایت کنند یا با کشورهای خارجی همکاری کنند، ممکن است تحت قوانین سخت امنیت ملی مورد پیگرد قرار گیرند. در بیانیه‌های رسمی مقامات قضایی، مجازات‌های سنگینی از جمله زندان‌های طولانی، مصادره اموال و حتی حکم اعدام ذکر شده است.

هلند به‌طور بین‌المللی به دلیل تعهد به حقوق بشر و حفاظت از افراد در معرض خطر شناخته شده است. به همین دلیل، بسیار مهم است که پرونده‌های پناهندگی با دقت، انصاف و بدون تأخیر غیرضروری بررسی شوند.

بنابراین، ما درخواست می‌کنیم:

توقف فوری وقفه در بررسی پرونده‌های پناهندگی ایرانیان
ارزیابی منصفانه و به‌موقع پرونده‌های ما
شفافیت و اطلاع‌رسانی برای پناهجویان ایرانی که در حال حاضر در وضعیت عدم قطعیت به سر می‌برند
با این طومار از پارلمان هلند و اداره مهاجرت و طبیعی‌سازی می‌خواهیم که این وضعیت را بازبینی کنند و اطمینان حاصل شود که پرونده‌های پناهندگی ایرانیان دوباره به‌موقع و با دقت بررسی شوند.
