I am a parent in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA, USA who has experienced the heart-wrenching ordeal of having my children taken away from me unlawfully. This is not just an isolated incident but a recurring nightmare as this is my third child being taken away illegally. Despite reaching out to the Attorney General's office, Ombudsman office, abuse hotline and even children and family agencies while these incidents were happening, no action was taken to prevent this injustice.

The evidence of harassment and intimidation by Dauphin County Children and Youth Services (DCCYS) is clear in black and white documents that have been signed off illegally by a judge for personal gain. This blatant disregard for legal procedures not only violates parental rights but also puts innocent children at risk.

This issue goes beyond personal experiences. According to the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform (NCCPR), Pennsylvania ranks 4th highest in the nation for taking children away from their families unnecessarily. The system that should protect our children seems more focused on tearing families apart.

We demand an immediate investigation into DCCYS's practices regarding child removals. We call upon local authorities to hold those responsible accountable for their actions - including any judges involved in illegal sign-offs of documents related to child custody cases.
