Our hearing has been rescheduled, and this is a crucial step in residents’ legal challenge to Hobart’s data center rezoning approvals.

The City and developers are asking the court to dismiss our challenges. Our attorneys are asking the judge to rule that the approvals were not supported by the evidence and did not follow the law.

The hearing is limited to 90 minutes of oral arguments. The judge will consider the written record, submitted exhibits, and arguments from both sides. This is not a full trial, and there will be no public testimony or presentation of new evidence.
