In an effort to always keep folks confused and not paying attention - the CDC formerly known as Stockyards Clark Fulton Brooklyn Centre (SCFBC)- is now rebranded MetroWest (MW). Residents have a brief reprieve as MW can't apply for Ohio Housing Finance Agency monies (Thank you Donald Trump!) Tony Brancatelli shown below -will no doubt try and sell the scam to area residents at the next Southwest Citizens Meeting Thurs 3/2 at Gino's in Brooklyn Centre.
From Gloria Ferris: "There is another thread on here concerning this property and what is happening about the PSH proposal by CHN and EDEN. It is getting a little long so I thought I would start anew with what I know. It is my understanding the OHFA has postponed the round of proposals that were due in February due to the changing climate in regard to housing at the Federal level. The applications will be due at a later date.
There will be a public meeting to be held in March regarding the design and layout of the facility. The date time and place are to be determined. As soon as I know details, I will share. I am sure some of you may know before I do. If so, I am sure you will share the information here."

Stay for drinks and cornhole on the deck. There should be an update to City of Cleveland park development at WC Reed aka Denison Park. Tremont residents may want to know what you are in store for with "remediation" of Clark Field. We have been w/o playfields, playground, basketball courts now over 5 years...and waiting while the Mayor dedicates millions to a motocross park for his nephew. Councilmen Brancatelli (shown below) and McCormack voted for the bike park- while our neighborhood parks are an EPA disaster.
