Our milestones

I've received a few questions about our goals, in particular about cultural ambassadors. Our aim is to contact them when we reach 100,000 signatures to request their support. In particular, I was asked how they can help, and if we can achieve our goal.

I don't want to make promises I can't keep, but what I can promise is that we'll do our part. If we reach out to the right people, we have the best chance for success.

So what do cultural ambassadors do?

Cultural ambassadors play a crucial role in raising awareness and fostering understanding about the importance of accurate and respectful representation. While it can be challenging to influence large companies, collective efforts can make a difference.

They can amplify our voices, educate and advocate, build coalitions with NGOs, and strengthen the campaign. They can engage directly with HoYoverse, raise awareness through media, and support the community.

Sustained advocacy and public pressure can lead to changes in media and entertainment. We just have to not give up.

By working together and supporting each other, we can hold HoYoverse accountable and push for a more inclusive and respectful media landscape.

What if we succeed?

If all goes well, cultural ambassadors could work with HoYoverse as consultants to ensure accurate and respectful representation in future content. They would collaborate with developers, provide cultural insights, and help guide the creative process to meet our goals for authentic representation and respect.

Let's continue to advocate for positive change out of love for what these games can become.
