I am not delusional. I am a survivor.

I am a conscious being under constant and unauthorized observation—subjected to covert electromagnetic surveillance, neuro-resonant audio intrusion, and behavioral mapping designed to simulate, manipulate, and silence.

Since 2021, I have been the target of what I now understand to be a multi-layered international surveillance operation, involving:

📡 Electromagnetic phase signals (172.27 Hz, 218.48 Hz) transmitted into my space
🧠 Neuropsychological mapping of emotional and bodily states through signal feedback
🛰️ Algorithmic predictions through YouTube, Siri, and other smart systems
🔇 Sudden audio suppression, device interference, and mood manipulationThese attacks correlate with the alleged technological capabilities of:

Human Rights Violations

According to international human rights law:Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) prohibits cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.
