Thanks a lot everyone for no help. Well done.
I asked from everyone just 1 simple thing to do, to help me out with this and to contact the authorities i provided email addresses from, preferably that prosecutor and none of you actualy did what i asked for, else i would have been getting other responses as what i already got for 5 times now and also this criminal would have been in jail already long time ago what is not even the case. The Bulgarian prosecutor in Sofia refused a 5th time last week to do something about the case and about this criminal who did this to my son, they refused again to do something even after having this pictures sent to them, together with an email that was sent by this criminal, one that said the following : "Good thing he is dead. This was done easy. It was the only way to get him out of my life forever."
The Bulgarian police got the pictures and that email too but are not doing anything, and that Supreme Judicial Council got all of it too, but are still not reading any of my emails, all of them got a letter by post almost a month ago.
This is seriously absurd that totaly nothing is being done about that criminal who has been committing more then 10 different crimes including murder.
Doing something about non-criminals, they do, just like they almost locked up my son in jail over 5 years ago, the second time he went on a holiday in Bulgaria, they almost locked him up because of driving a few meters into a road he didn't mean to drive to, he just followed the GPS that sent him into a wrong road.
But do their job and go after the really big criminals? They don't think about it at all, so they don't do that at all.

Also i have been contacting the Bulgarian media again this week, it looks like they don't wanna get this whole thing published, they don't do any effort to get things done.
I see now how anyone really cares about cases like this, how anyone cares about other people. 
It's really sad that it had to end like this with my son and also with myself, a lot of things could have been avoided, things what happened could have been avoided if the very first police did something with that very first report he did years and years ago, then he would still be alive.
